Wall Panels

Wall panels designed and customized specifically for the needs of each project utilizing 3D BIM technology.

Each component within Synergy Steel’s wall panels are custom designed, manufactured and labeled from Synergy’s roll forming machines. Synergy does not purchase stud and track material from 3rd party suppliers and assemble. By doing so, we eliminate an entire level of middleman profit and pass such savings onto our clients.

As components are produced, they are specifically labeled with all building code requirements including profile specifications, tensile strength, galvanization coating and panel/part number for easy assembly. All wall panels are quality controlled and manufactured in Synergy Steel’s factory to ensure just in time delivery. Furthermore, utilizing Synergy’s panel stacker software, each wall panel is loaded utilizing lean manufacturing techniques of last on, first off for installation efficiency at the jobsite.

Versatility

One of the main advantages of light gauge steel framing is its versatility and the range of building types for which it can be used.

Applications of light gauge steel range from low-rise housing to multi-story, multi-occupancy developments, including panelized structural frames, external infill walling systems and fully finished offsite modular construction.

Sustainable

Steel is Earth’s most recycled material, and EQ studs make the sustainability efforts of the steel industry even better. Each year, the steel framing industry buys massive amounts of steel, rolled each year into millions of lineal feet of light gauge steel studs for use in construction.
